The key to true style is so often simplicity. And at 23-39 Blue Pool Road, this philosophy has been our blueprint in crafting each of these exquisitely designed houses. Every fine detail has been thought through to create a whole that offers stunning clean lines married with fixtures of the utmost taste.

This architectural masterpiece is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.  It has garnered various prestigious awards, including Best Residential Project - Silver (MIPIM Asia 2014), Best Residential Award - Certificate of Excellence (Perspective 2013), Design Award (AIA New York State 2015), Shortlisted for Best Housing Project (World Architecture Festival 2015), American Architecture Award - Winner (The Chicago Athenaeum 2018) and International Architecture Award (The Chicago Athenaeum 2019).
US Green
The development was awarded a Gold Level certificate as part of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Homes Program, presented by the US Green Building Council. This is the first project in Hong Kong and Mainland China to attain this certification.
